|
|
Types of Digimon |
Included Into Each Subsection |
Number |
Normal |
This includes every Digimon with exception of those listed below.
Includes Fan-Made, FAX Digimon, and recolors with original names (BlackAgumon). |
800 |
Special Recolors |
Agumon (Virus). Digimon that have different attributes and have a
color change, but have the same name as the original Digimon. |
29 |
Random Recolors |
This list includes recolors from the Digimon World
games, such as Kuwagamon (Green). These recolors share the same name
as the original Digimon, but there is no information about the
recolor's level, attribute, or type, which makes these recolors
different from the ones mentioned above. This list includes Digimon
recolors that were made by mistake in the cards or anime, to
increase the Digimon size in the game, or both. |
77 |
Costume Change |
Agumon (Blue). These Digimon appeared in the fighting games as
recolors. In fighting games when two people pick the same character
the first player has the Digimon with the original colors and
the second player has the Digimon with the different colors. |
65 |
D-Project Recolors |
Agumon (Data). In the D-Project game you were able to
choose the attribute of most of the Digimon available in the game.
The Digimon included from the 'Recolors
w/ Unoriginal Names' are not in this game. For example, Elecmon
(Virus) in D-Project does not look like Elecmon (Virus) that first
appeared in the cards. The only exception is Agumon (Virus) because
the D-Project version looks exactly like the card version. |
XX |
Redesigned |
This list includes Digimon that were redesigned from
their original form. Digimon such Agumon (Savers) and MagnaAngemon
(Lord). This includes Digimon from V-Tamer. |
XX |
X Antibody (Original and Non) |
Digimon that first appeared on the red bordered cards. These Digimon
have taken in the X-Antibody and thus are called the X Digimon. This
includes the X Digimon with unoriginal names (Agumon X) and the X
Digimon with original names (DORUmon). The X Digimon with original
names have started to be mixed in with the normal Digimon, but will
still be listed in this section. |

Notes |
- The names of these
Digimon are official Sensation Animation / Bandai of America
names. The rest are Japanese names that haven't been released
in North America yet. Sometimes the
Bandai of America name is different from the Sensation
Animation name. When that happens I pick the Sensation
Animation name over the Bandai one. For Digimon levels I use
the dub terms, but for the types and attributes I use the
original Japanese ones.
- Some Digimon have more than one type or
level. This is because of changes done mostly by Bandai of
Japan in Digimon games. Sometimes the change in level sticks,
and becomes part of the Digimon's name (Whamon Ultimate). All
Armor Digimon have all been associated with the Champion
level. The types or levels that are in
this color are mostly the ones used first.
- Note 2.1 - Dobermon is an exception. The Bandai back story
tells us that the Vaccine and Virus Dobermon are two different
Digimon, but because of a lack of difference in appearance, I
have will not count them as separate Digimon.
- Note 2.2 - Armor Digimon have been known to sometimes be
classified as Champion or Ultimate leveled Digimon. If Rookie
evolves to an Armor, the Armor Digimon is classified as
Champion. If a Champion evolves to an Armor, the Armor Digimon
is classified as an Ultimate.
- DNA Evolution is the dub
term for both Fusion and Joggress. Slide Evolution is when a
Digimon changes into a another Digimon of the same level. Such
as Human Hybrids changing to Beast Hybrids, or WaruMonzaemon
to Monzaemon. When a Mega evolves to another Mega one of two
things have happened:
1) Mode Change / Burst Evolution / Blast Evolution: A
temporary increase of power that alters the appearance of the
Digimon.
2) Slide Evolution: When a Mega Digimon evolves to a Digimon
that is not the type of Digimon mentioned in number 1. Such as
Rosemon evolving into Babamon.

Rules |
- Technically, no information
on this site is exclusive to this site. BUT my site has a
special combination of information not found on other sites.
Its just like an encyclopedia which collects information and
documents the information in its own special way.
I will know if a thief
uses my information without my permission.
- If you want this list on
your site, then be kind and
e-mail me with your site's
URL. Also, please make it say on your Digi-Dex page (or
whatever you're going to call it) that this list was the
DMA's. Your list shouldn't look just like mine.
- The DMA is part of With the Will, so taking
anything off this site is stealing from the DMA AND WtW! This
especially holds true to pictures taken from this site. I have
put a watermark on every Bandai picture made by me, Deviate.
That doesn't mean you can take any picture without a
watermark! You MUST ask before you take! If I give you
permission you MUST credit the DMA AND the people that made
those pictures for me. Look at the "Special Thanks To" section
to right as a guide on whom to credit.

Special Thanks To |
BIG thanks to Megchan - Her site has provided me with Japanese attacks and most name origins
for most of the earliest released Digimon.
The
following
thanks are dedicated to these sites / people that have provided me with LCD,
Toei, and/or Bandai images. Each
image maker has his or her own folder on my server. To find out
the maker of each image right click on the picture. Then view
the address of the picture and check out which directory and
folder each image
belongs to. For example; lets say you right clicked on an image
and the last part of the address read '/LCD/DMA', that means the
LCD was made by me.
