It is said that Belphemon awakens from its eternal slumber once in a
thousand years, and regains its natural shape. When Belphemon awakens
from its slumber it changes into an incarnation of rage, and anything
that enters its field of vision becomes a target for destruction. It is
said that just by suffering Belphemon: Rage Mode's roar, Ultimate
Digimon and below will have their data disintegrated and instantly die,
and not even Mega Digimon can escape unharmed. Its Special Moves are
black flames cast from the chains coiled around its body (Lampranthus),
and a slash attack which is unleashed from its claws, clad in the flames
of hell (Gift of Darkness). Furthermore, the data of Digimon consigned
to oblivion by the Digimon crowned as the Seven Great Demon Lords is not
reincarnated, but is sent to the center of the Dark Area, and becomes

ベルフェモンは千年に１度の周期で永き眠りから覚め、本来の姿を取り戻すという。眠りから覚めたベルフェモンは怒りの権化と化し、視界に入るもの全てが破壊の対象となる。ベルフェモン：レイジモードの咆哮を受けただけで、完全体以下のデジモンはデータ分解し即死するといわれており、究極体デジモンといえども無傷ではいられない。必殺技は、体に巻きついた鎖から発する黒い炎『ランプランツス』と、地獄の炎をまとった爪から繰り出される斬撃『ギフトオブダークネス』。なお、七大魔王を冠するデジモンに葬られたデジモンのデータは輪廻転生することなく、ダークエリアの中心へと送り込まれ、魔王たちの血肉となる。

A Demon Lord Digimon known as "Sloth" who awakens from its sleep once
every 1000 years. It is 1 of the Seven Great Demon Lords and has changed
from its "Sleep Mode" into its anger-filled "Rage Mode" due to its
awakening. This Digimon is the "incarnation of anger" and destroys
everything it sees around it, and the data of defeated Digimon are sent
to the center of the Dark Area without being reduced to Digi-Eggs and
become the food for Demon Lord Digimon. It's said that it can kill
Digimon below the Ultimate level with one roar and reduce them to data,
and even if they are Mega-leveled Digimon, they will be fatally
