A humanoid-shaped Cyborg type Digimon. He has such an amount of fighting power that Ultimate Digimon cannot defeat him in a single blow. Andromon was developed as a prototype of a Cyborg Digimon, with a more mechanical body, and was manufactured at around the same time as another Cyborg, "Boltmon". His technology has since been used by MetalGreymon and Megadramon. Because he is a prototype Digimon, he bears neither a will nor emotions, and only carries out programmed actions. Andromon that live on File Island are widely different in strength than others, as they were given an upgrade program based on collected data. His special attack is "Spiral Sword", an energy blade launched from a port on his arm. (Wildermon)
人型タイプのサイボーグデジモン。完全体になりきれていないデジモンなど一撃で倒す戦闘力を持っている。アンドロモンはサイボーグデジモンの試作型として開発され、機械ベースのアンドロモンと肉体ベースのサイボーグ「ボルトモン」は同時期に製造された。その技術はメタルグレイモンやメガドラモンに流用されている。試作型のデジモンのため意志や感情は持っておらず、プログラムされた行動に忠実である。ファイル島のアンドロモンから得たデータを元にバージョンアップのプログラムを施されており、その強さは桁違いである。必殺技はアーム部分から発射されるエネルギー状の刃物『スパイラルソード』。
