A Sky Dragon type Digimon which flies
in the air freely with his greatly-developed wings. It's
able to fly without flapping its wings, because the
scales that cover its wings can deflect gravity off
them. Since it rarely appears on the ground, much of its
life is spent in the air. Wingdramon has recently been
confirmed as the fastest living Digimon in the air,
since it can perform flight speeds of Mach 20; some say
that not even Digimon who are able to brawl in the air
against Wingdramon will survive its speedy attacks. Its
special attacks are "Exploding Sonic Lance", which
performs a super-fast nose-dive towards the enemy and
fires down spears from its back, and "Blazing Sonic
Breath", which fires out a super-fast red-hot breath
from its mouth. Wingdramon constantly moves at high
speeds, and when it is exactly traveling beyond the
speed of sound, it can emit a shockwave: this is
translated as its "Wing Blast" attack. Therefore, even
if you escape Wingdramon's special attacks, you'll still

大きく発達した翼を持ち、自由自在に空を飛ぶことの出来る天竜型デジモン。翼の鱗は重力を遮断することが出来るため、羽ばたくことなく飛翔することが可能である。地面に降りることはまれであり、生きている時間のほとんどを空中で過ごす。飛行速度はマッハ20を超えるといわれており、ウイングドラモンと空中戦を行って生き残れるデジモンは少ないだろう。必殺技は音速を超えた速度で口から放つ灼熱のブレス『ブレイズソニックブレス』と最大速力まで加速して敵に急降下し、背中の槍を打ち付ける『エクスプロードソニックランス』。さらにウイングドラモンは高速移動するだけで速度が音速を超えてしまうため、『ウイングブラスト』と呼ばれる衝撃波が発生してしまう。そのため、ウイングドラモンの必殺技をかわしたとしても無傷ではいられない。

spends most of its existence in mid-air, and it's extremely rare to see
it touch down onto the ground. It's thought that it races across the sky
at speeds of Mach 20, and it's able to produce an intense shock wave
