This Holy Knight is one of the "Royal Knights", said to consist of 13 members that are the highest-ranked of Network Security. Although it is a Holy Knight, it's said that he it a Holy Knight with the ability to deter attacks, and while it normally never shows up, this "Aloof Hermit" with a blue cape on its back is also known as the master of the "Empty Seat" among the "Royal Knights". It bears the ability of "Alpha inForce", which lets it return to a past battle with an ultimate amount of power, and those that feel Alphamon's attacks will be instantly wiped out, although while others see it attacking with an instant singular last blow, a theory states that the enemy is actually seeing its multiple attacks happen at once before they die. It's able to conjure up a magic square engraved with Digi-Characters from its hands that can both attack enemies and defend himself. Its special attacks are "Seiken Gradalpha", which arises from the magic square in a convergence of light before stabbing the enemy with it, and "Digitalize of Soul", wherein it expands the magic square into the sky from the wings on its back that it flies with and summons a legendary monster from another dimension. Although it is a Holy Knight, it is said that the other Holy Knights consider it a deterrent force because it never seems to show up, and while it is known as the "Aloof Hermit" who wears a blue cape, it is also known by the "Royal Knights" as the holder of the "Empty Seat". it wields the "Alpha inForce" ability, the ultimate fighting power that allows it to revisit battles past instantaneously, so while it may seem that Alphamon's attacks are over in an instant, you don't know for sure the exact number of attacks it has performed, which means that, in theory, the enemy would only see the final blow before it is defeated. It can expand a magic square engraved in Digi-Letters from his hands that allows him to attack and defend. His special attacks are "Seiken GradAlpha", which is drawn out from a convergence of light pierced through the heart of a magic array and is used to stab the opponent, and "Digitalize of Soul", which spreads its wings and flies back, before expanding its giant magic square and summoning a legendary monster from another dimension whilst in the sky. オメガモンと対をなす蒼いマントを翻す聖騎士型デジモン。過ぎた戦闘時間を瞬間的に戻す究極の力「Alpha-Gain-Force（アルファインフォース）」を持つ。13体の「ロイヤルナイツ」の中でも特殊な存在で、決して姿を現すことの無い“孤高の隠士”や、“空白の席”の主と呼ばれ、自らも「ロイヤルナイツ」の一員ながら、彼らを抑止する役割を持つといわれていた。「アルファインフォース」は他者の戦闘時間（記憶）を巻き戻し自分が何をされているのかわからぬままに攻撃を繰り返す事で、無敵の力を得る事ができる能力である。そのため他者にはアルファモンの攻撃は最後の一撃の一瞬の光景しか見ることができないが、実際にはそのデジモンが倒されるだけの攻撃が行われていたことになる。また、両手からは「デジモン文字」の刻まれた魔法陣を展開して多彩な攻撃と防御を行うことができる。
