A Lesser Digimon who will only live in crystal-clear waters and nowhere
else. The exact number of these Digimon are unknown, as they only appear
in limited areas of the Digital World. They live in water most of the
day, and will only come up to the water's surface to sleep. It can sense
approaching enemies by detecting the slightest movement on the water's
surface, and it will flee to find a safe place soon afterwards due to
its sensitivity. If it finds enemies, it will use "Foam Shower" to spit
foam from its mouth and escape whilst the opponents contend with the

透き通った綺麗な水辺にしか生息しないレッサー型デジモン。そのためデジタルワールドの中でも限られた地域でしか姿を見ることはできない。１日のほとんどを水面で生活し、寝るときも顔だけ水面に出して寝る。水面のほんの僅かな動きから敵の接近を察知し、見つかる前に安全な場所へ逃げる敏感さをもっている。見つかった場合でも口から『フォームシャワー』を吐き、相手を泡でかく乱して逃げてしまう。

A Lesser Digimon in the form of the Kappa that multiplies like
tadpoles. It lives on the surface of the water through the course of
approximately a single day, and only sticks its face out of the water
when it's ready to sleep on its surface. It's very sensitive to things
that move around it, and it'll flee as soon as it detects the slightest
ripple hitting the water's surface. Because Chapmon will only inhabit
waters that are pure and clear, it can only be found in a limited number
